reAmerica does not offer exchanges at this time.
Please refer to the sizing charts for each of our items on the product page to ensure you order the the proper fit.
RETURNS
Because every item is unique and only produced when ordered reAmerica does not accept returns at this time.
However, in the case of an item that arrives damaged or defective you must contact reAmerica within 15days of delivery to request a replacement item or a refund.
We can not accept returns for ordering the wrong size, color, or quantity, or for a change mind.
DAMAGES OR DEFECTS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 15 day if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To request a replacement or refund, contact us at reAmericaSupport@endculturewar.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
REFUNDS
reAmerica will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at reAmericaSupport@endculturewar.com.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
FINAL SALE
All sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE. Refunds and store credit will not be issued on any final sale merchandise.
